This policy does not cover shop.sizaan.com, our separate ebook storefront, which displays its own privacy policy at checkout.

• Notify-Me signup: your email address and/or phone number, and the product you want to be notified about.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to: respond to your enquiry or request; provide the professional services you ask for; notify you when a product or piece of content you registered interest in becomes available; and maintain records of client and prospect communication. Ebooks published by Sizaan are currently sold through our storefront at shop.sizaan.com, and select titles are also available through third-party retailers such as Amazon (Kindle and paperback editions). When you buy an ebook via shop.sizaan.com, that transaction — including any payment or card information — is handled entirely by shop.sizaan.com and its payment processor, under their own privacy and security policies. Sizaan FinTech Private Limited does not receive, see or store your payment card details. If you purchase through Amazon or any other third-party retailer, that transaction is governed entirely by that retailer's own privacy policy, not this one.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We may share it with service providers who help us operate this website (for example, hosting and email-delivery providers) strictly to the extent needed to provide that service, and where required by an Indian court, regulator or law enforcement authority.

Our services are directed at adults capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe personal data belonging to a minor has been submitted to us, please contact info@sizaan.com and we will delete it.
